Shafi Urdu Library, Ekhatha, Gets new Committee

It was a revolutionary step when some students with fresh blood and enthusiasm forced open the Shafi Urdu Library, Ekhatha which was closed for almost a decade, only to find broken chairs, fractured benches, irreparable Almiras and the dismal conditions of precious books completely eaten and infested with woodworms.


Quickly, without wasting any time, the youth committee under Monawwer Sultan Nadwi took the matter in their hand, contacted library committee chairman, secretary and members and convened a general body meeting. 


The chairman and secretary of the Library apologized for  negligence on their parts and consented to dissolve the old committee and appoint a fresh committee to take the charge.


Mr Shamshad Auditor and Mr. Abdul Majeed were appointed unanimously chairman and secretary respectively. 


Mr. Shariq was chosen as Librarian while Nehal Ahsan Durrani, Ashfaqu Ahmad, Hafiz Rizwan Ahmad, Shahe Alam, Nasir Jamal, Tanweer Ahmad and Md. Ali Akhtar were selected members of the committee. Maulana. Imtiyaz Ahmad Nadwi, Maulana Manzoor Ahmad Shamsi and Maulana Monawer Sultan Nadwi were named as supervisors or Sarparasts of the Library.


The new committee immediately took the charge and started the collection of funds and the renovation and repair works of the library.


We hope that very soon we will be able to see the library standing with all its grandeur and dignity, quenching the thrust of knowledge seekers.

Introduction to "Students for Academic Excellence, Ekhatha, Madhubani, Bihar

We are all aware of the importance of knowledge and education. Education makes a man a complete and an ideal human being. Knowledge illuminates the way forward to success in the darkness of life and its problems. Education is the most valuable ornament and most precious asset of a man. There could literally be no stronger evidence on the importance of education than the fact that the very  first revelation (Wah'y) of Islam on the Prophet (Peace be Upon Him) contained emphasis on knowledge and education.
I am sure that no one today  is ignorant of the importance and power, education has assumed in this world of booming information technology. The scope of education has widened to cover almost all the aspects of not only human life, but the whole universe and beyond universe.
In view of this and and allow me to say, the  pathetic condition of education and the deteriorating standards of knowledge in our locality, we have taken this initiative to extend  assistance and guidance to the hundreds of students of Ekhatha, scattered all over India in the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom.


The initiative aims:


To provide assistance and guidance to the students who are facing any kind of problems and difficulties in their field of education


To  Help bring in excellence in education with maximum utilization of the potentials of students


To Guide students in the light of their potentials and capabilities to the most appropriate destinations of their choices.


To create awareness among students  on the various competitive examinations held in India and provide materials and guidance to help them prepare for the same.


We will appeal all the students of Ekhatha and surroundings to come join us and let us know without any hesitation, their aims and ambitions and the problems facing them, in order for us to be able to help them out with their problems.
We will as well request the literates, educated and experienced persons of our locality to come with us so that we can capitalize on their experiences in order to achieve our objectives.
